About Cambridge

The city of Cambridge is the home of the famous University of Cambridge, the King's College Chapel and the river Cam.

Cambridge is a compact cosmopolitan city with outstanding architecture, both old and new, with a history dating back to the first centaury BC.

Cambridge has always long enjoyed a reputation for being at the forefront of scientific research, and is today considered to be a major centre for hi-tech industries, referred to locally as "Silicon Fen".
